Meat must be cut into small pieces. If, using my personal recipe, you cook pilaf from chicken hearts or any other products originally small in size, then there is no need to cut them any smaller. Onions are also finely chopped. Carrots we rub on a large grater. Rice is washed. By the way, for plov often use round-grain rice. I prefer to put it entirely on top, so I do not clean the garlic, I just release it from the husks. You can clean and put whole cleaned denticles, and you can clean and grind afterwards. The dish is ready! Wait for the signal. If you did not mix the ingredients, then do it now. Leave the pilaf for several minutes in the heating mode - and you can start the meal.
