Many-sided sarcoma: symptoms and varieties
Sarcoma: the symptoms and species
The disease develops almost asymptomatically,To distinguish its manifestations from the clinical picture of other ailments, not even a tumor character, is very difficult. The sarcomas are classified according to the type of affected tissue:
- soft tissue sarcoma;
- sarcoma of bones;
- complex types of sarcoma that can not be classified, for example, Kaposi's sarcoma.
Each of the above types of disease, in turn, is subdivided into subspecies.
Soft tissue sarcoma:
- rhabdomyosarcoma;
- liposarcoma;
- angiosarcoma;
- neurogenic;
- myogenic;
- synovial sarcoma.
The behavior of the disease largely depends on the location of its localization. For example, sarcoma of lung symptoms has the following:
- pleurisy;
- dyspnea;
- dysphagia;
- joint pain;
- poorly treatable pneumonia;
- thickening of the bones of the extremities.
If we talk about the common signs of this disease, then among them we can especially distinguish:
- infiltrative spots and seals of various locations (most often on the limbs);
- deformation of various parts of the body, depending on the degree and localization of the disease;
- pain in the tissues affected by the tumor.
Bone sarcoma: symptoms and types
Types of sarcoma of bones:
- osteosarcoma;
- fibrosarcoma;
- chondrosarcoma;
- circola-cell sarcoma;
- Ewing's sarcoma.
A vivid example of a clinical picture of sarcoma of bonescan serve as a sarcoma of the spine, the symptoms of which differ little from the signs of other malignant tumors: local pain sensations, rapid growth of education, limitation of mobility, neurological disorders. Despite the fact that this disease affects the most diverse parts of the skeleton, there are a number of common signs that allow doctors to assume that the patient has a sarcoma.
- pain in the site of localization, which is often mistaken for the consequence of mechanical trauma;
- increase in the temperature of the skin in the place of injury;
- soreness, which occurs when the palpation of the node;
- some enlargement and expansion of veins in the infiltration area;
- general weakness and malaise caused by sleep disturbance due to persistent pain;
- swelling of the integument;
- frequent fractures.
