  • ground beef - 450 g;

The process of preparing the filling for a roll

Pita bread can be prepared using different ingredients. For example, in this recipe, we use ground beef stuffing and fresh vegetables.

For the preparation of such a roll, it is necessary to takesmall bulbs, peel them, chop them and send them for frying in a pan with sunflower oil and grated carrots. After the vegetables are slightly covered with a reddish crust, they should be laid out with ground beef, which is required to pepper and salt. After 20 minutes, meat with vegetables should be removed from the plate and cooled.

Forming a roll

After that, the ingredients must be cooled, mixed with grated cheese, and then put in the middle of the pita in the amount of 5-8 large spoons. After that, it is recommended to wrap the flour product with an envelope and fry in a pan (with vegetable oil) at the maximum value of the fire.
