Let's cool down a bit, then carefully enter whipped egg yolks so they do not cook. In warm milk, we dissolve gelatin, add all the cottage cheese and lemon juice (a couple of teaspoons), mix. After a while the cream will begin to freeze. Then whisk the cream with a little sugar and connect it to the cream. Get a magnificent curd mass.

While we were engaged in a cream, the dough should alreadyto freeze. We take it, divide into two equal parts and bake cakes. The crusts are thin and brittle. We take the shape with the sides, put one cake on the bottom, spread the curd mass on top with a thick layer, cover with the second crust and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. During this time, the cake with curd cream will freeze. After it can be decorated with any fruit, for example canned peaches or apricots. A bright cake is obtained from a combination of kiwi and strawberries. There are lots of options, so experiment, the cake with curd cream will be delicious anyway.

I, of course, bake cakes not only for the daysbirth, but also on ordinary days. For example, on the first day of summer or on the day off. Especially good fantasy plays when berries and fruits keep up. It's time to bake a cottage cheese-yoghurt cake.

For baking we need 4 eggs, 200 ml of anyyoghurt, a pack of fat-free cottage cheese, a glass of sugar, a pinch of vanillin and 300 grams of premium flour. All this is mixed, beaten with a mixer and mix not very thick dough. The mold for baking is lubricated with oil, poured out half the dough and baked in the oven for half an hour. Similarly, we do the rest of the test. In the meantime, while the cakes are baked, let's deal with the filling. We need a glass of milk, 100 grams of any cottage cheese, lemon juice or citric acid, 40 grams of sugar, a packet of gelatin. Gelatine soaked in water. Milk and sugar bring to a boil, chill, add lemon juice, then pour gelatin. Stir and add the cottage cheese. We remove it to a cold place, so that the cream stiffens.

On the ready cooled cake we spread a thick curd cream, cover with a second crust, cover the top with the remaining cream. Ready cake is decorated with ripe berries. Everything, dessert is ready.
