If the thermal insulation process is taken care of by a private manufacturer, which is in no way connected with cars - quite another. Here it can be quite difficult to determine whether everything is done right.

Two options

As already mentioned, you can insulate the van athelp special plate. Since the carcass is quite dense, and the body dimensions of the same "Gazelle" are standard, it is not necessary to cut the heater. To prevent the so-called cold bridges, the seams between the slabs should be filled with sealant. As a material for the inner skin, laminated plywood, various types of plastic or stainless steel can be used. The selection and use of them for the most part depend on what is to be carried in this self-made isothermal van.

The work on the second option is much easier. But the prices for materials are slightly higher. So, as a heat insulation element, foam polyurethane will be used. It can be bought in any stores. Inside, the van should be evenly covered with this material. That's all. On top of anything for plating.
