Description

Production facilities of the Urals plantCeramic granite ZKS are located in the city of Snezhinsk, Chelyabinsk region. The enterprise is a modern powerful technological complex capable of producing a wide range of products in terms of purpose and appearance.

From 2005 to 2010, the ZKS plant producedCeramic granite under the brands AZORI and "Kerabud". Since 2009 the enterprise produces products under its own brand "Ural granite". With the launch of the 4th line in July 2011, the plant's capacity increased to 8.5 million m² ceramic granite per year. Sorting and accounting of porcelain stoneware is carried out according to calibers and tones, which allows, if necessary, to complete the previous orders with products that match the texture and color as closely as possible.

Rectification

Rectification is an additional processmachining of already produced tiles. At the finishing stage, the lateral edges are cut off on the machines with an accuracy of tenths of a millimeter. After such processing, the products receive exact dimensions (for example, 600x600 tiles have a tolerance of deviations of only 0.4 mm) and can already be fully used for laying the floor covering or facade cladding.

Ural ceramic granite series 600x600 mm -The most popular size for consumers, since it is universal. Specialists of the plant ZKS developed a new collection of plates with a dimension of 600x600, promoted under the brand "Ural facades." This series rectified, respectively, has very accurate dimensions.
