  • flour - 60 g;
  • eggs - 2-3 pieces;
  • sugar - 70 g;
  • salt;
  • almonds (ground) - 30 g;

Now it should be put in a mold and baked at 185 degrees for 23 minutes. So we get cakes for the cake.

While the cakes are baked, you should make a cream. Mixing the ingredients is best in the mixer, so that the cream is well-beaten.   • cocoa - 2 tablespoons;
  • chocolate black - 120 g.

Marzipan mass:

  • sugar - 5-6 spoons;
  • almonds crushed - 140 g;
  • powdered sugar - 4-5 spoons;
  • egg white - one;
  • dye food (can be substituted for cocoa);
  • lemon juice - 1 teaspoonful;
  • apricot jelly - 1 spoon.

For biscuit:

  • eggs - 3-4 pieces;
  • flour - 125 g;
  • sugar - 130 g.
