Let's start cooking: first of all we knead the dough, for this we take a soft butter and rub it with sugar, add the baking powder, cover the flour and mix the dough. It should consist of numerous crumbs.

For the test, you will need: one egg, three tablespoons of sugar, 50 grams of butter, half a glass of sour cream, 50 grams of crushed pistachios, some salt and baking powder, flour about 2-2.5 cups, so that the dough does not stick to your hands.

For the filling: half a kilo of pulp pulp, half a kilogram of cottage cheese, half a lemon, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, 20 grams of water, prunes, two egg whites and five tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Preparation: carefully rub the egg with sugar, add a pinch of soda and salt. Then rub on a large grater frozen butter, add to the eggs and mix. We fall asleep pistachios, pour in sour cream and again mix well.
